Return and Exchange Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer store credit or exchanges for online purchases. The return must be received by The Living Stone no later than 14 days from the original purchase date. 

 

Return Policy

  • Discounted and Sale items are final and can not be returned or exchanged;
  • Returned items must have tags still on the item and be returned in the original packaging;
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use including pet hair, odors, stains, and items must be unwashed and unaltered;
  • All gift card sales are final sale.

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following instructions:

  • Include “Return” in email subject line + Your Order Number
  • Include reason for the return or exchange.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns.

 

Online Returns:

Please include a copy of your invoice/receipt or the original packing slip inside the return package. We will not be responsible for broken or damaged items during return shipment. We suggest keeping your return shipping tracking information for your records. Once we receive your return and verify that it meets the return or exchange criteria, we will issue you a store credit via email within 3-5 business days.

 

In-Store Returns:

Item must be returned to The Living Stone no later than 14 days from original purchase date along with proof of purchase (packing slip or invoice/receipt).

 

Exchanges:

We will do our best to provide you with an exchange, but due to limited quantities, we cannot guarantee the same product will be available. 

 

Product Defects or Problems

We will do everything possible to ensure that your purchase is in perfect condition when it leaves the shop.  However, if you receive a product with a defect or problem, it is your responsibility to notify us via email at shoplivingstone@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.  The email must include a picture of the damaged or defective product. We will contact you via email within 3-5 business days.
